  1. Sediakan 1 paket Glass Noodle jenama Singlong (sy guna sohoon je).
  2. Untuk menyediakan 250 g daging (bersihkan dan potong nipis).
  3. Anda mesti 1 genggam carrot dipotong halus memanjang.
  4. Anda mesti 3 biji cendawan shitake dipotong nipis.
  5. Sediakan 1 cawan/genggam bayam brazil.
  6. Anda mesti 3 batang daun bawang dipotong 1-2 inci.
  7. Untuk menyediakan 1/2 cawan hirisan bawang besar.
  8. Untuk menyediakan 2 ulas bawang putih.
  9. Sediakan 2 sudu bijan (disangai).
  10. Untuk menyediakan 3 sudu minyak bijan.
  11. Untuk menyediakan 2-5 sudu kicap soya.
  12. Anda mesti 2 sudu makan gula perang/brown sugar.
  13. Anda mesti 1 sk serbuk lada hitam.
  14. Anda mesti Secubit garam.

  1. Celur/rebus seketika mi hingga lembut bersama secubit garam.
  2. Campurkan kicap,bawang putih yg dicincang, secubit garam dan gula, secubit lada hitam, dan minyak bijan. Gaul sebati,perap seketika. Kemudian panaskan atas kuali non stick hingga masak.
  3. Goreng bawang merah dan putih seketika dan angkat. Kemudian goreng manja (sekejap2 je) bayam brazil dan daun bawang yg dipotong panjang,dan angkat.goreng pula carrot mcm goreng sayur td.jgn smpai layu sgt.saya taburkan secubit garam bg ada rasa. Kemudian angkat. Goreng pula cendawan shitake.saya campurkan sedikit kicap,secubit garam dan lada hitam.kemudian angkat. Perlu ingat,semuanya digoreng berasingan bg kekalkan rasa kemanisan bahan asal.
  4. Setelah siap,gaulkan kesemuanya kedalam mangkuk besar. Tambah secubit gula,garam,kicap dan minyak bijan secukupnya. Setelah siap gaul,taburkan biji bijan diatas hidangan. Selamat mencuba.
