- Sediakan 300 g kek beras segera.
- Sediakan 5 sudu besar kepingan cili besar.
- Untuk menyediakan 5 sudu besar serbuk cili.
- Untuk menyediakan 2 sudu besar gula.
- Untuk menyediakan 1 kiub pati ikan bilis.
- Untuk menyediakan 5 kepingan seaweed.
- Sediakan 400 ml air rebus.
- Sediakan 400 ml air untuk memasak.
- Anda mesti 1 tangkai daun bawang.
- Untuk menyediakan 2 sudu besar bijan.
- Sediakan 1 sudu besar minyak bijan.
- Anda mesti 4 keping fillet ketam.
- Anda mesti 4 keping sosej.
- Anda mesti 6 keping tauhu ikan.
Add the water, dried anchovies, and dried kelp to a shallow pot or pan. Combine hot pepper paste, hot pepper flakes, and sugar in a small bowl. - Rebus kek beras sehingga lembut. Angkat dan toskan dengan air sejuk. Kemudian rebus sosej, fillet ketam dan tau sehingga lembut dan masak.. Buang air dah toskan semua bahan..
- Menggunakan air yg lain. Rebus kepingan seaweed dan kiub ikan bilis. Apabila seaweed sudah layu.. Angkt dah buang seaweed... Sambung rebus shingga air mengelegak. Masukkan kedua-dua jenis cili. Kacau sehingga mendidih.
- Masukkan kek beras, sosej, fillet ketam dan tauhu ikan yang telah dipotong mengikut citarasa masing2. Masukkan gula..
- Apabila kuah semakin pekat.. Masukan minyak bijan. Hirisan daun bawang dan bijan... Gaul sehingga kuah pekat.. Angkat dan sedia dihidangkan.. Mudahkan. Resepi ini juga boleh dimakan bersama ramen.
